Jillian was Terrific!!! I hired Jillian to list my home of 27 years and am so happy I did!!! I was moving out of state and did so just prior putting the house on the market. I was so impressed by how she handled everything. She was incredibly responsive and patient in all calls/texts I had with her . She is very knowledgeable with the neighborhood and market and told me my options all along. She had references for inspectors, Handyman, etc who where good and easy to work with. Jillian really held my hand through the whole time She encouraged me to spend the money on staging the home and a few other things which I'm confident helped sell the home for a higher price - and sold quickly! My brother, who recently sold his realty business(of 35 + years) in another state was also very impressed by her.
