Hi, I’m Jillian, a Sacramento-area native and Sacramento State University graduate with a background in Business Marketing and over a decade of real estate experience helping people navigate both straightforward and complex home sales.

I specialize in situations where emotions, finances, or ownership interests collide, including divorce, breakups, inherited property, co-ownership disputes, trust and probate sales, and court-ordered partition sales. When decisions feel overwhelming or stalled, my role is to bring clarity, structure, and calm so my clients can move forward confidently.

My approach is rooted in transparency, strong communication, and education. Every client relationship starts with a consultation to align goals, explain the process, and set clear expectations. No surprises. No pressure. Just honest guidance at every step.

Real estate does not have to feel intimidating. A little humor and humanity go a long way, and clients often tell me my direct, witty, and steady approach makes even stressful situations more manageable.

I was so impressed by how she handled everything. She was incredibly responsive and patient in all calls/texts I had with her .
